Under the direct supervision of the Service Department Manager this position provides administrative support for the Service Manager and department.  Deals with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization.  Independent judgement is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified work load, recommended changes in office practice or procedures. Must possess a problem-solving attitude.

Essential Functions

-  Printing Invoices, entering data on material detail sheets, identifying tools purchased to back charge techs, identifying material cost exceeding 25% of job revenue and placing a deduction before paying tech.

- Scanning and uploading invoices to service titan.

- Input PO’s

- Tracking inventory of Ultravation, stats, and misc. warehouse inventory.

- Reconciling PO’s on warehouse inventory for “loss prevention”

- Process warranty claims.

- Establishes, develops, maintains and updates filing system for the Service Manager and department.  Retrieves information from files when needed.

- Works independently and within a team on special projects.

Required Education and Experience

Two + years of administrative support experience.
