About this opportunity: 

Albion Staffing Solutions is looking for Senior Accounting Manager to work at a company located in the Miramar, FL area.

You will be in charge of:

  • Discussing bookkeeping, accounting rules and taxation with internal departments and local Tax Advisor/Auditor
  • Monitoring and controlling of the local accounts according to the local GAAP for all incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Supporting operating business by cooperating with local managing directors and internal departments
  • Supporting the team in matters of HR and payroll accounting
  • Acting as a lead to our Miami finance team
  • overall responsibility for the financials of the US entities
  • leading and building up our Miami finance team
  • reporting directly to our German HQ and the CFO
  • Discussing bookkeeping, accounting rules and taxation with internal departments and local Tax Advisor/Auditor
  • Maintaining, monitoring and controlling of the local accounts according to the local GAAP
  • Supporting operating business by cooperating with local managing directors and internal departments
  • MUST BE VACCINATED

Your skills

  • 4-5 years of Finance/Accounting
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Payroll accounting knowledge
  • Team management
