About this Position:

Albion Staffing Solutions has a client, a company established in Colombia 30 years ago that is looking for a Sales Developer to cover the state of Nevada.

Job functions:

The Territory Business Developer contributes to identify local business opportunities and challenges, to present Mour client's products to potential customers, to recommend ways to promote and sell products, to report sales results weekly, and to help our client grow its customer base and establish its reputation in the assigned region.


  • Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory.
  • Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
  • Report on regional sales results weekly.
  • Present products to prospective customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
  • Answer customer questions about features, pricing and additional services
  • Collaborate with Business Developers from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach.

Education and Years of Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED Diploma.
  • Minimum 4 years of direct work experience in external sales.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Be highly motivated to meet sales goals
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
  • Proven ability to translate the customer need(s) into solution requirements through creating powerful value propositions and negotiation skills.
  • Highly accountable with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding past company sales quota.
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-visit planning, sales presentations, account development, and time and territory management.
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
  • High sense of urgency and strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
