About this opportunity:
Albion Healthcare Division is looking for a Medical Records Document Chaser. This is a Temp to Perm position.
Request medical records from medical facilities, needed for billing.
Must show the following on your resume and have recent experience doing this. There is no training provided. Do not apply if you do NOT meet the qualifications.
- Must be proficient using Brightree
- Must have some billing and coding knowledge
- Must know how to read a claim and know what medical records to request for claim submittal
- Must show only doc chasing on your resume.
- Submit your resume to request an interview.
- Must have a minimum of four years experience acquiring medical records regarding billing.
- Minimum of High School Education.
- Knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Must have great Customer Service skills.
- Positive attitude.
Applicants will work in the customer's facility - located in the Coral Springs, FL area.
- Albion uses E-Verify to verify employment eligibility.
- Pre-Employment and random Drug and Background testing applicable.
- Only Local Candidates will be considered; no relocation provided.
- Reliable Transportation to/from the workplace is necessary.
Pay: $13 to $14/hour
