About this opportunity:
Albion's Banking Division has an opening for a Marketing Manager.

Requirements:

Establish and maintain relationships with mortgage companies, realtor offices (1/3 of time)

  • Plan and coordinate corporate events and develop presentations for on-site and off-site meetings
  • Set up marketing presentations
  • Coordinate involvement in trade shows and sponsorships, includes pre and post Reach out to mortgage associations and other stakeholder organizations in the realtor sector to identify opportunities for sponsorships, presentations and brand exposure activities to leverage opportunities for brand exposure and sales
  • Reach out to mortgage associations and other stakeholder organizations in the realtor sector to identify opportunities for sponsorships, presentations and brand exposure
  • Must have knowledge of Residential Loans
  • Must have some knowledge of SalesForce
  • Must be bilingual and be able to attend events for networking

Sales Force support by establishing production goals (1/3 of time)

  • Analyze results and prepare regular reports to monitor the effectives of channels, identify opportunities for improvements and make corresponding changes
  • Manage and distribute sales leads
  • Implement training course for new recruits and front desk
  • Establish weekly and monthly goals; monitor results and prepare management reports
  • Institute processes to track origination sources for closed transactions
  • Field incoming inquires to ensure basic qualifying parameters are met; refer to MLOs
  • Mine data held in Encompass to analyze trends for purpose of developing leads

Direct Marketing/Advertising Portfolio (1/3 of time)

  • Work with marketing team to design direct mailings, coordinate printing, postage and circulation
  • Collaborate with agency/outsourced resources to manage corporate LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook accounts and the accounts of two senior executives to build fan base and engage followers on
  • Develop and execute content calendar
  • Collaborate with agency/outsourced resources to develop content, execute campaigns and leverage channels to build brand and originate transactions
  • Analyze results and prepare regular reports to monitor the effectives of channels, identify opportunities for improvements and make corresponding changes
  • Collaborate with agency/outsourced resources to develop content, design and transmit email campaigns every other week

Skills:

  • Bilingual – English/Spanish
  • Must own vehicle
  • AA Degree
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of Encompass software a plus
  • Licensed MLO a plus
  • Licensed R/E agent a plus

Workplace Location:
Applicants will work in the customer's facility - located in Miami, FL
