Albion has been offering Temp; Contract and Direct Hire Staffing Services for 20-years from offices located throughout South Florida. Offering General Admin/Clerical and Light Industrial staffing services, Albion also specializes in the Logistics, Allied Healthcare and Banking industries.

About this Position:

Albion Staffing is currently recruiting a Human Resources Coordinator for a healthcare facility located in Coral Gables.  This is a 3 month temporary project. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the recruiting and Talent Acquisition methods and strategies.

Essential Functions

  • In charge of creating and posting hiring ads on sources
  • Research and finding different ways to attract talent
  • Conducting interviews over the phone, virtually (i.e. Zoom), and in-person
  • Assisting in recruiting and sourcing for clinical/non clinical openings ·
  • Demonstrates high level of confidentiality and professionalism in dealing with sensitive issues
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management

Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

College degree preferred, will consider someone currently seeking a degree in Human Resources

Schedule:  8:30am – 5:00pm
