Our client, one of the most experienced and successful providers in the country of hospital-based services and office-based specialty practices with steady growth over the past 60 years, providing services nationwide, is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support their CIO.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting the CIO with various administrative and coordinating functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills. They must also have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and be able to connect the dots. Will need to have the ability to navigate and schedule calendars; very critical. Professionalism is a must and excellent communication skills are needed.

• Must have 5 or more years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Admin Assistant supporting C-Level Executives
• Must be self-motivated, pro-active, and accountable to meet executive's administrative needs
• Must have demonstrated experience working with Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Must be able to effectively communicate well
