Albion has been offering Temp; Contract and Direct Hire Staffing Services for 20-years from offices located throughout South Florida.  Offering General Admin/Clerical and Light Industrial staffing services, Albion also specializes in the Logistics, Allied Healthcare and Banking industries.

About this opportunity:
Albion's Banking Division has an opening for a Deposit Operations to work at a bank located in the Miami, FL area. This is a contract position for 6 months.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Updates customer accounts, orders debit cards and other routine account maintenance tasks.
  • Prints all bank notices and loan statements for customers and prepares them to be mailed in the morning pick-up.
  • Sorts and distributes all mail to correct branches, departments and employees.
  • Seals and applies postage to all outgoing mail.
  • Prepares all International mail & documentation for afternoon pickup for the international mail courier services.
  • Maintains all logs for all debit cards, pins, checkbooks mailed thru the international mail courier.
  • Maintains logs for mail received via pouches.
  • Keeps logs for all deposits and makes copies of all checks received thru the mail in US or International pouches.
  • Responsible for completing annual training program assigned.
  • Performs other functions and/or duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: High School or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Officer, strong Excel is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

Applicants will work in the customer's facility - located in Miami, FL
