About this opportunity:

Albion Staffing has a client currently seeking to hire a Collection Specialist Manager that understands Bankruptcy's, Foreclosures, and Deed Backs. They will work to resolve customer concerns and disputes with titled ownership or past due balances related to their account. Follow up on all open and pending items, together with a high degree of reliability on job performance and consistency, is critical to success.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:30 to 5:00  


  • Collections Management experience
  • Experience Managing a team of 4+
  • This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel.
  • Must have the ability to think logically and "outside of the box".
  • Willingness and aptitude to learn new tasks.
  • Able to excel in a team environment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism and work ethic, aware of applicable laws and regulations and always conducting themselves in a manner within applicable laws.
