Job Description

We are seeking a Bank Operations Manager for a boutique bank in the Brickell Area. 

  • build and develop strong, productive relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficiency, customer satisfaction, compliance and cost management
  • develop and implement operations solutions tied to strategic business priorities
  • resolve service issues and provide accurate forecasts of workload and resource requirements
  • continually review processes and procedures, identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness
  • develop plans to ensure high productivity and efficiency while minimizing risk
  • ensure operational processes are robust and in-line with the risk and regulatory frameworks while challenging processes
  • promote a positive working environment focused on results and service delivery via effective coaching and team development
  • actively support and promote a culture of change and ensure day-to-day service quality is maintained through periods of strategic change
  • prepare annual development plans, budgets, and a practical approach to monitoring the execution of same
  • develop, implement and monitor end-to-end back office processes

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • 3 - 5 years experience in branch operations, (Deposit Operations and/or Loan Servicing required) with a minimum of 2 in a management capacity
  • Strong leadership, and the ability develop and execute on strategy
  • Strong analytical ability, decision making and problem solving skills
  • Budget and expense management understanding
  • Bachelor’s degree required
