Our client, a reputable company is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to support their branch in Doral. Open positions are due to branch growth.

Job Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in administrative assistance
* Excellent customer service skills
* Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Detailed, organized and able to work independently as well as within a team
* Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks 
* Answering and routing incoming calls
* Filing, copying, scanning
* Able to gather data and generate reports for top management
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
