Our client, a large international freight forwarder is seeking a ADMINISTRATOR to assist with clerical duties


  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Job Requirements


  • Import/Export experience also a plus
  • Need to be able to handle a fast paced work environment
  • Ability to multi-task, flexible to handle various tasks assigned at any given moment
  • Bilingual English / Spanish 
  • Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to pass drug test and Background Check
