Job Description

Responsible for the development of new customer relationships as well as the proper administration and servicing of existing customers. Commercial Lenders are expected to manage the largest and more complicated borrowing and depository relationships in the department. They must keep abreast of customers' needs, operating performance, and the condition of the industry in which they operate. The credit file must contain current information documenting out comprehensive knowledge of the customer and it must support the assigned rating. 

Job Description: 

  • Generates new customer relationships 
  • Maintains and expands existing relationships by handling customers' requests in a timely and professional manner and by cross selling additional bank services
  • Manages assigned portfolio in accordance with established policies and procedures 
  • Knows his/her customers from a BSA/AML standpoint 
  • Monitors loan replacement transactions and takes necessary action to collect past-due payment 


  • Must have at least 5 years of real estate commercial lending experience 
  • Bilingual is a plus
