Our client is seeking a closing coordinator to join their prestigious bank.
Job Description: 
  • Reviews file documentation and enters all document preparation information into the LOS system
  • Prepares files and delivers these to title agent for closing
  • Disburses loan funds
  • Verifies that documents were properly executed in order to properly book the loan
  • Requests any corrections if loan was not properly executed
  • Performs other miscellaneous tasks as a work unit

Job Requirements: 

  • High School degree or its equivalent and two (2) to three (3) years of related experience in banking, finance, or Real Estate Loan Processing and customer Service; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Title policy classes, appraisal review, loan processing and originating, Interlink software, and insurance training preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Detailed oriented, superior math skills, organizational and good analytical skills a must
  • PC proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and Internet browser applications
  • Bilingual language skills (English and Spanish) preferred
  • Strong customer relationship building and customer retention skills
  • Good typing skills
