Job Description:
You’ll actively call on the wholesale distribution channel in the market to maintain and develop relationships, prospect, qualify, educate, quote and close new business for the core Legend products. Ability to sell the big picture story and not just features and benefits is a critical factor.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful outside sales experience.
  • MUST have experience and a thorough understanding of channel sales and wholesale distribution.
  • Experience as a factory direct rep or manufacturers rep or is a huge plus.
  • Knowledge of pipes, valves and fittings (PVF) industry, HVAC or plumbing products desirable but not mandatory.
  • Open to continuous learning; coachable and trainable.
  • Has an organized approach to selling with a focus on value, and not price.
  • Demonstrated ability for smart and systematic territory management.
  • Well developed reporting and competitive analysis skills,
  • High degree of self-discipline. Adaptable. Embraces challenges. Team mentality.
