Job Description

Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for the processing of consumer loans, commercial and residential real estate, and Export Finance and Standby Letters of Credit. Responsible for documentation of loans from application to closing. 
 
Responsibilities:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
 
  1. Maintain contact with borrowers and their representatives. Orders third party reports. Actively following up on these items
  2. Partners with loan officers/analyst as a primary liaison with borrowers and Title Company/other representatives. Working with the Loan Officers to clear conditions received and follow up on items pending
  3. Reviewing each file for accuracy and completeness for items such as translation, adequate insurance coverage, preparing the final application, complete corporate documents and so forth
  4. Passing the files for compliance review in a timely manner
