Job Description

Our client, one of the most experienced and successful providers in the country of hospital-based services and office-based specialty practices with steady growth over the past 60 years, providing services nationwide, is looking to hire an HRIS Analyst.

The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for: 
•Maintaining and updating HRIS fields accurately and timely 
•Reviewing and processesing (data entry) paperwork relating to hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews and terminations into Lawson HRIS 
•Oversee the maintenance of all employee data in the HRIS
•Manage and guide all uploads and downloads of information (including mass additions or changes) in the HRIS
•Respond to requests for management reports that provide information from the HRIS by developing useful tools for this purpose
•Continuous audits of HRIS data
•Weekly office filing

• Must be self-motivated, pro-active, and accountable to meet established recruiting metrics
• Must have demonstrated experience working with HRIS (PeopleSoft/Lawson/Taleo), Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Must be an EXPERT Excel user
• Have knowledge and familiarity with HR terminology
• HR background preferred but not a must
• Be able to describe and translate data
• Knowledge of HRIS/ERP systems; specifically Oracle
• Access knowledge is a plus
• Some technical acumen will be beneficial; able to work with IT
• Good communication skills
• Collaborative

• Bachelor’s Degree from four-year College or University with 3 or more years of technical and general HR systems experience in a corporate environment; or 5 or more years of related experience

PAY RANGE: $45hr.
